We started Guide Mortgage, LLC as a mortgage brokerage as there are substantial consumer benefits to this loan delivery channel as compared to other avenues in today’s market.  For clients seeking a traditional mortgage who are well-qualified, our ability to shop multiple lenders will create an excellent price advantage for our clients.  For clients with unique needs, there has been an explosion of products that have come to market for real estate investors or those who are self-employed and have great cash flow, but not enough income on their tax returns.  We have multiple solutions to find the best financing terms in this space as well.  With the technology that is currently available, we can electronically price multiple scenarios efficiently and deliver an outstanding program to our clients.

Personally, I have been in the mortgage banking industry since 1998 and have held positions from Loan Officer through President of a multi-state mortgage banking firm.  I have been actively involved in industry associations serving on the board of directors of local and statewide mortgage banking associations; serving as President in both my local and state association for a term.  My wife Kristin, who also has over a decade of experience in the industry, and I have created Guide Mortgage to provide the type of experience that consumers will appreciate, in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
